The Client’s instructions were to produce a design, removing an existing side lean-to utility room, and replacing with a new single storey side extension, along with various internal alterations, suitable for a Certificate of Lawful Development.
Duties included undertaking a measured survey of ground, first floors and elevations and production of existing and proposed drawings in accordance with the Client’s design requirements, and submission of Lawful Development Application.
