In accordance with the Party Wall, etc Act 1996, Alex Moore of Focus Property Consultancy was appointed to act as Building Owner’s Surveyor between the two Adjoining Owner’s, prior to the construction of a proposed two storey side extension and single storey rear extension to the Building Owner’s property in Purley, Surrey.

Duties included serving all notices relevant to works which fall within the Act, undertaking Schedules of Condition of the Adjoining Owner’s properties, production and serving the Party Wall Awards, general correspondence with the Adjoining Owner’s Surveyor and associated works.
