The Client’s instructions were to design a single storey rear and side extension, along with a side Dorma, to their house suitable for planning permission.
Duties included undertaking a measured survey of ground, first floors and elevations and production of existing and proposed drawings in accordance with the Client’s design requirements, and submission of Planning Application.
