The Client’s instructions were to design a single storey rear extension to their house suitable for planning permission, and upon approval, to undertake a detailed design in order to obtain Building Regulations approval.
Phase 1 duties included undertaking a measured survey of ground, first floors and elevations and production of existing and proposed drawings in accordance with the Client’s design requirements, and submission of Planning Application.
Phase 2 duties included production of detailed design drawings to meet current Building Regulations and submission of Building Control Application.
